The best time to visit Austin Zoo is morning,especially between 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM.
The air is cooler, animals are more active and the paths are calm and peaceful.

Fall (October–March) offers the most comfortable weather,
while spring brings greener landscapes and softer light for photos.
Summer visits are best early in the day due to Texas heat.
